Vital Dent
Charged for work not performed and refused to refund balance of loan back to GE Money Bank. Ripoff New York New York

I prepaid Vital Dent for dental service with a loan from the GE Money Bank in the amount of $3,090.00. On October 13th I received the first and last treatment which cost me $1,280.00. On October 24th I sent a letter to Vital Dent terminating all further treatment because of serious health problems resulting from the service.

In response, I received a letter from Vital Dent dated October 29th sgtating that the balance of $1,810.00, the amount for service which was not performed, will be refunded back to GE Money Bank.

Since October I have coorporated with Vital Dent and GE Money Bank, and have given them everything they ask for so the the unused portion of the loan be refunded back to the lender, GE Money Bank. I have done everything humanly possible to resolve the prolem.

Please help me.
