Ordered Vital Cleanse dietary supplement as a 14 day trial for USD8. Received Vital Cleanse and Pure Berry in post a month after shipment. We were charged full price for the product because we didnt cancel within the 14 day trial. We were unaware of these rules and only realised we had been charged when we checked our bank account. Have phoned Vital Cleanse and have been offered a 75% refund without having to return their product. Now have to try and locate a contact for Pure Berry as Vital Cleanse say its a seperate company even though the products came together. We only ordered the Pure Berry and received the Vital Cleanse as well and have been charged USD80 each.
