I was looking for wedding toast tips and hints. I was asked to do a survey and agreed to the $4.95 sample of this product. But now I have had money taken out of my account twice now for $106.90 (I did not agree to this) and only received the product once.
The first time I received the product, along with another company and product, I sent them back, return to sender, unopened. I got my money back from the other company with an apology. I heard nothing from Lean Look and could not contact them from the email address or phone number that was listed.
I have now been charged for the second time, and have not received the product. I found the customer service number that you call and Alex, the second person to talk to, tells me that I will not be getting my money back for the first shipment, even though it was returned.
I asked to speak to a manager both times that I called, and was told both times, that they are busy with other customers. I tell them that I will wait, put me on hold, and he still will not let me speak to a manager. All I got was a name Brey!
I beleive this company should be shut down! This is the first time that I have been scammed and it is very frustrating. I will never make the mistake again of any kind of survey or product sampling which has already cost me $213.80.
