Body Lean is a product to help with weightloss.
My husband went online to this company and they then contact me the same day May 11th explaining the produt to me. I was to receive a trail offer with shipping of $1.95 only. I waited for the product.
May 24th the company called me to make another offer of magazines and stated that they are free with offer, I then told them I never received the trail offer and I did not wont anything else taken from my account and they said that nothing else would be taken out.
I checked my account on May 27th and on May 25 $159.00 was taken from my account. I called them back on May 28th and asked them why was money taken out of my account, they then told me that I was suppose to call them back within 10 days to cancel my order, I told them that I never received anything from them and why would I pay for something that I never received to even try out, I then told them that I do not wont there product at all.
They told me that there was a problem with shipping. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that I could not speak to a manager and when I receive the order that I can send it back to them to be refund.
I called on June 2 and 3 to get a tracking number for the order, they could not give me one, I asked for a Federal ID number, they could not give me one.
I believe that I've been scammed...
