My story is the same. I purchased, in good faith what I was lead to believe was Heath care insurance. It was not! I returned all my cards and ask for my refund, I have not been refunded to date.
The last letter I recieved was from P.O. Box 132. Fairview, PA 16415 not the El Paso address. It stated that the problem was with SmartChoice and that NAPE had spent all funds on my behalf.
They are RIP OFFS. The Texas Attorney General Was not concerned at all that His State was the home of such crooks.
