SureHealth - NAPE ripoff scammed out healthcare money, recieved no refund as promised

I purchased a healthcare plan from Tim Cohen of Smartchoice Health Care for medical coverage on 9/03. I was told I would receive a packet explaining the benefits in 7-10 days. I never received it so after two other inquiries I canceled the plan on 10/03. I was told I would receive a full refund of 374.95 by 10/15. It never came, and now after multiple promises and tens of calls to this company, 6 months later I am still waiting for my refund of 374.95.

I quick search of sites such as usacomplaints.com and (others) reveals that multiple people have experienced the same problems ranging from February through March. This company which goes by several different names Priority Health, Healthcare Advantage, SureHealth, Smartchoice Health Care, and NAPE is run out of Plantation Florida and West Palm Beach Florida by a Dr. Bradley Cohen, president; Seth Cohen, vice-president; Arnold Cohen, CFO.

I also know that NAPE has offices in El Paso Texas run by a Mike Clowdus and Wayne Gronquist, and an office in California. I am seeking my refund and an investigation into this company's dishonest and fraudulent management. I have grounds to suspect 100's if not 1,000's have experienced problems with these people.
