We applied for healthcare on-line in sept. They took $314.95 out of our account for first months payment and filing fee.By mid nov we had not received any information or our cards.
We called and canceled and for over a month now they keep saying they have sent our refund out and we still have not received our refund and every time we call they say that hurricanes are interfering with the mail or keep giving some other excuse as to why we have not received our refund.
