3/21
I bought 6 bottles of supplement from Max-Rx online. When I receive the bottles, I noticed that I could not take them. There was an ingrediant that I wasn't allowed to have because it would enterfere with my medication.
I found Max-Rx's return policy online and I followed their instructions. I sent it back to Max-Rx insured, priority mail on 12/6.
I noticed on my credit card statement in January that I didn't receive my refund of $215. I've called and emailed many, many times, with no response back. All I get is a voice mail stating "You have reached the voice mail of Eric Peterson, leave a message.
It's been 102 days now and I have not received my refund of $215 on my credit card. I have the receipt that I insured package, the receipt of purchase, and proof of delivery (that I received from the post office).
