My name is Polly, I checked my banking account online, like I normally do. I noticed that there was two charges from a company named Healthy Discount Card.
One in the amount of $59.95 and the other amount of $99.95. I did some researching on the web. I found there website and the fees, that was charged to my account are the same charges they have to become a member. Of course, I did not request to become a member nor did I go there website and search for Health Care, etc.
