I have been ripped off by the following; www.unlimitedmusicdownloads, healthy discount cards & one pharmacy services. These companies are one fraudulent site. To date they have deducted; 59.95,99.95 twice from my banking account.
I called the number listed by the last POS and she said they were a multi billing co. And they would refund my money and she gave me the number to Healthy Discount cards to follow up. (I put two & two together and remembered a activity on my account in the prior statement cycle.)
A foreign accented lady answered the telephone, she was rude and went through a maize of telling me this was a charge for unlimited music downloads and when you sign up for this you were automaticaly signed up for the discount card. I told her the charges she imposed on my banking account via check card were not authorized.
She said she would refund all monies and cancel out my account. She told me it would be 20-25 days until I received a refund. It had to go the billing department. I told her she would and I was going to my financial institution to do what I had too to stop thse deductions & recieve my money back.
I finally had to put my check card on the Hotline, destroy it and get a new one. If the money isn't refunded to my account, the bank will step in and invoke other measures. I'll let you know how it goes!
