I recently ordered the free sample offer that LeanLife PM had. It was only suppose to be $1.99 for the sample. About a week or so later, before I even recieved the sample, my account was charge $99.90. So I went back to the website, looking for a reason why. Come to find out that when you sign up for the free sample, they automatically put you on the sign-up for their auto-ship program.
When I was originally signing up for the sample, it said nothing about the auto-ship program or about billing me more than the $1.99 for the sample. Only when I started to really search the site, and the fine print did I find out. I think this is unfair that they don't outright tell you. Plus, they say that you can cancel anytime, but they won't give refunds. Their customer service is crappy too, you can't even get a hold of a real live person, it's all automated.
