I ordered a "sample" of LeanLife. I have already lodged a complaint against them.
Today I found a charge on my checking account for $28.47 (for one month). I called the phone number. I was told that this a subscription that is tacked onto the LeanLife sample.
The representative said I could cancel the account online. I went to the web address and filled out all of the information. However, when I hit the bar an error message came up.
I tried to cancel the subscription 3 times at no avail. I called the company and was told to reboot my computer.

Have you ever heard "Birds of a feather stick together"? Well I consider your company a fraud also!!!
I am going to my bank to file for a refund.
