I am a pet owner of a cat named tuffy and i have been with banfield for about 2 1/2 years. I am also on the wellness plan and i had went to banfield pet hospital in october for all but two of tuffys shots including his rabies shots but on that day the officer manager hector 20 year old go figure. Stated to me that they had run out of the rabies tags so i said ok than send me them when it comes in mail it to me well i never heard anything else from them at all about yuffys tags well i finally called them jan know three months has passed here so i called cspoke to the office manager hector and he stated to me that he gave me the rabies tags in october and i stated to him that you did not and he gave me a really hard time. So i asked him to please give me the corporate # and he supplied me with that. Sp i called corporate and theysent me the rabies tags. What a horror story i also have a more recent one like today feb 3.
I took tuffy to banfield today to get two shots and i ran across a major problem again with hector the office manager and as well as an assistant 20 year old i asked her a question like what is a ftip shot. And she stated to me that tuffy is due for two shots the giardia and his ftip but they are out of the ftip so i will have to bring tuffy back for that shot so i asked her how long that they have been out of the ftip vaccine and she stated to me about a week or so. So i stated to her that why did't someone from the office call me and let me know that you where out of the vaccine. So well the twent year old with her student ran out of the room and staed to me whatever real bad attitude as well as i stated to here that she had better not touch my animal and that i want a vetinarian not a twenty year old. So i asked to speak to the office manager and hector came in and stated to me that she just has a attitude. And that he doesn't feel like she has done anything wrong
