Thank you very much for giving me the necessary information to contact this company. There is no way that I would have been able to locate them without other peoples input in your website. I was able to contact them at 800542-3553, they told me that I have to purchase an extended warranty for $32 (three years) and that I have to send the unit back for replacement. I also have to pay for the shipping back. Lets see if this works... I like the unit but I'm a little afraid of losing my money. I have found the replacement toothbrushes in Sears..
