Watch out - we did receive our refund for the original oral care system - but not the shipping and handling charges. Then, Cybersonic has continued to send refills and charge shipping and handling charges. Make sure you do follow-ups so that all product and shipping charges are canceled. We have called to try cancel - the phone lines are always backed up. They try to get you to check on other documentation rather than just canceling the account.
