Inconsistent and falsification of information. Neil Waddle, President, does not exist. I tempted to clarify fraudulent withdrawals, my calls were terminated by Julie Ann, William Jackson and associates

On my initial call to ULTRA LIFE FITNESS, INC P.O. Box 95668 South Jordan, Utah 84095 Date: Fri, 16 Sep 2005 15:49: 23 -0700 (PDT) I spoke with July Ann who claimed was the a manager I informed Julie Ann that our bank account had withdrawers over $ 200.00 from ULTRA LIFE FITNESS, INC.

I tempted to clarify that we had no product and that our previous address a PO Box had been canceled and all mail was returned to sender. Judy Ann said there was nothing they could do about it and that the company offers no refunds. I tried requested to escalate the issue Julie Ann refused and terminated the call.

I called again and Nick Johnson assisted me and said he would forward my request, Julie Ann retrieved the call and insisted there was nothing they could to research or escalate the issue. I requested to talk to her Supervisor, Julie Ann said William Jackson was the president and owner of the company and was not available and does not take personal calls, Julie Ann then hung up.

I call a third time John XXX responded with the same attitude, the call was then intercepted by William Jackson who now claimed he was the Fitness Director I told him Julie Ann said he was the president and owner, he laugh and said he had been monitoring my calls and that was not true. (As per Julie Ann and Associates Mr. Williams was at a meeting and does not take personal phone calls (this is inconsistent and falsification of information.)

Mr. William Jackson Fitness Director would not assist me in this matter, further more he refused to research and check if their merchandise was returned. Mr. William Jackson would not release further information as to who the President of the company really was. Mr. William Jackson then hung up on me.

I found the original (welcome you as a member Letter) and it identifies Neil Waddle President Ultra Life Fitness, Inc, I called to speak with Mr. William Jackson to confirm if this was true he refused to talk. ULTRA LIFE FITNESS representatives claim that this person does not exists and terminated my call. I am only requesting justice in the matter.

I've had to close my bank account to prevent further fraudulent withdrawals from ULTRA LIFE FITNESS, INC. I hope somebody response to this letter to prevent further legal action.
