Like many others before me - I ordered - gave my credit card number and waited for my order.
I, too, called a phone number that had a very bad connection - and they hung up on me as well. Another number I dialed 800-605-9875 claimed to be their answering service only and would merely deliver messages.
However, I did a little investigation of my own and found out a name and a working number - Virgil Valdes - tel 813-471-1400 and fax 813-471-1402. They rent their space from First Industrial in Tampa - I called them to find out who these people were. Apparently the name is Universal RX - ever wonder why they didn't give the full name of their company.
Everyone seemed to have the same useless info - this info is different and should be helpful in getting your money back.
I believe their real scam is charging your credit card for a Card33 membership for discounted prescriptions. And, by the time you've figured it out - you've already paid them $40 to $60 bucks - for nothing.
Good luck - I hope the information helps.
Good Luck.
