This company offered cheap product for health issues. When I chose the product I was looking for and gave my credit card number, I noticed on their summerization that they billed my credit card 19.95 for their services and then underneath said it was a 30 day trial.
When I had gone to the only known web address they gave me to contact them they had said for me to write down the questions I have for them nd they will respond within 24 hours. They did respond and told me that my order had been placed and I should recieve it the next day, as stated in the web ad. 8 days later I had not received my product. I called the customer care # found on their web page and an Indian lady had confirmed that my order is on its way it usually takes 10 days.
After the 10 days I decided to e-mail again and they responded with no product will be sent without a doctors prescription. I had called immediately to find out what this new twist was all about. I had told them that if I needed a prescription for a weight loss product why would I get it from you and not my own doctor?
I told them that this doesnt seem on the up&up and I want my credit card credited back. They had said they would cancell the request and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Well its been 12 days now and no response. This scam can not go without recourse.
