Online credit card ripoff!

On 8/28/05 I placed a prescription medication order through the Website MedsForCost.com. The site states that the pharmacy filling the order will be Frontier Pharmacies (www.frontierpharmacies.com) and the billing would be handled by Card33.com. From what I can tell from my research these are all the same company. The meds on the site are unbelievably cheap (this should have been a huge red flag that I was about to be scammed). To take advantage of the 'cost savings' you are required to become a 'member' at a monthly rate of $19.95 charged to the credit card you used to complete your order, but you could 'easily' cancel at any time.

Well after a week of checking my order status online and continually being told that it was 'in process' I stumbled on the consumer complaints and did a search. Like so many others I have been scammed and they have my credit card info. So far they have only billed $19.95 under the name BFLPAY-SUPERSAVE5C.com, (800) 605-9875 (same number as Card33.com). I'm actually willing to write-off the $20, but there is no way to cancel this 'membership', so they will continue to attempt to charge my card every month. I have called 10 or so times only to be disconnected after listening to a recording and hold music for 5 or 10 minutes. I have also sent numerous email requests to cancel my membership to no avail. Time to cancel my credit card.

According to the Florida BBB the owner of Frontier Pharmacies is Paul Ganci, (954) 434-3329 and (866) 385-5090. No way to get a live person on the line.
