RIPOFF don't say need precsription before you make purchase, automatically charge 19.95, won't send meds won't refund 19.95

I purchase Phentermine from urxpharmacy.com. When I called 5 days later to see why my precsription had not arrived, they told me I needed a prescription first, then it needed to be cleared with a pharmasist, then it would be sent out in 7-10 business days.

When I asked why there was a separate 19.95 charge on my credit card they told me it was a processing fee (for a prescription I'm not receiving) and it's non-refundable. The customer service rep said someone would call me in the next 24 hours. No one has called.
