Usrxnetwork.com charged my credit card and did not deliver merchandise, ripoff!

Card Health Benefits LTD, runs many cheap drug websites, they also go by the follwoing website names:
Card33.com
Urxpharmacy.com
usmedsatcost.com
universalrxfl.com
usrxnetwork.com

This company claims to be in the US, as the website name would also imply. However, this company is located in Nicosia, Cyprus thats the Middle East, a long way from the US as they state.

When you order any prescriptions from this company they state (as per their websites):

1. They will Contact the physician and validate the prescription we receive (They never tell you to mail in a script, until you try to contact them, they have in it their auto response email)

2. Follow up to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible (They never ship the product).
Providing you with the carrier and tracking number of your shipment via email (duh, does not happen)

3. The cost of the medication will only be billed at the time your prescription has been approved by your physician and the medication has been shipped.

Now to explain the issue:
First in referance to Item #1- THey never contact the Dr. I spoke to my physician and she never received a phone call. When I sent an email advising them to contact a specific Dr. I get the auto reply - Telling me my order is in process, to mail my script to some FL. Address.

Next, they never process the order, so it cant be shipped nor can they give you a shipper or tracking number.

They charge your credit card a non-refundable processing fee of $19.95 (I guess this is supposed to pay for the FREE 30 day membership to card33.com). I tried to log into card33.com and get access denied. I tried to contact the company to demand a refund and cancel my order, but they do not respond, and after sitting on hold for 2 hours waiting for someone to anwser, I gave up.

It will be real hard to win a dispute from your credit card company since the company that actually charges the money is not in the US.

After trying to contact this company several ways, I never received a return call or e-mail. I am very upset with this fraudulant company. I highly recommend not dealing with this company.

I have also filed a complaint with the FBI (Internet fruad division)
