Ripoff confirmed order nov. 19 by e-mail billed credit card never recieved product or answers to 6 e-mails Internet

I sent for a prescription and received confirmation the same day, the e-mail confirmation said I would receive my pills in 10 to twenty days. They billed my credit card and I have not recieved my prescription or had any of my six e-mails returned.
