Cancelled my order, received a package shortly after and was charged $112.90 for it. Returned the package with an RMA number.instead of sending it back with a tracking number, I sent it "return to sender" because I did not want to pay shipping for a package I had cancelled. More than a month has lapsed, Nue Beauty say they haven't received my package and cannot give me a refund without a tracking number. Supervisor and manager are not willing to help me, they only apologize over and over.
