Placed order more than 5 months ago and didn't receive it

I placed order for few medicines on 14th Nov but till the date i
have not received my order having order number 289422. I have sent
emails since the past 5 months but the only reply I get is "We will have
the shipping company conduct the trace on this order" and then no one
replies back.
Upon asking for refund the customer service was extremely
rude and did not refund my money!!!

I normally do not complain much but this was very poor
performance! I am still wasting my time with the company.
