Shipping was delayed by months so I cancelled my order and received a confirmation of my cancellation. Three months later the order suddenly showed up at my door. I tried to contact the company to get a prepaid return shipping label and a refund (approx. $475.00.) They do not return calls. I eventually spoke to a customer service rep. And was told I would get a refund and a prepaid shipping label. After no action I called again and was told by a different rep. That this would be taken care of. No action again. I tried calling several times and left messages. No return calls. I called again and tried to speak to a manager but was told by the customer rep. That there was nothing they could do since my order was so old. My order is "old" because 5 months after the original order, and 3 months after the cancellation, the merchandise appeared, plus I had been trying to get this resolved with them for two months. The company has not responded to the BBB and the atty. General's office. Now the credit card company is involved on my behalf. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Note: the same item is still being sold on their website so it is not some out-of-date, undesirable product.
