Very bad pr!!! Very bad vibes!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I purchased a Groupon deal for a deep conditioning, haircut blow dry. I made an appointment with the front desk and advised them that I had a Groupon coupon. That was no problem and they scheduled me with George.
George introduced himself with a handshake and asked me what I wanted to have done that day. However when he found out I had a Groupon his demeanor changed immediately and asked me to wait for a few minutes, went to the front desk, and came back and told me that because I had a Groupon he could not take me and handed me over to someone else. I felt like a second class citizen. Management did nothing to make me feel good or welcomed. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
Mark then introduced himself and and was very nice and professional and did a great job on my hair.
New to the area, I use Groupon as a way to get to know different establishments, sort of like an introductory offer if you will. And who doesn't like a deal!
I will never go to this Wild Hare salon again, with so many salons to choose from I do not need to be treated the way I was treated at Wild Hare by this George person.
