My first visit to FastMed Urgent Care

Dear Mr. Williams, My first visit to FastMed Urgent Care was today. I was greeted by this so sweet front desk receptionist named Vicki. After advising me on the necessary paperwork that I need to complete, she offered me a water. She did not know that I was suffering with dry throat at the time and the bottle water was right on time. She proceeded to take my paperwork and insurance cards and advised me that someoen would be with me very shortly. I think may have waited maybe approximately (30) minutes and they were calling my name. The next staff worker was named Debra and she was so kind too. She asked me about all my symptoms and meds and acually took the time to talk to me. Sometimes when you visit a medical office thay are so "cold" and impersonal, but she was every bit in control of making me feel so comfortable while in the room. As for the doctor who came in to see me, named Dr. Carol and I have forgotten her last name, but I will take a guess and I believe it was Land or something close. She was so through in checking me out and talking to me about my symptoms. I didn't fel rushed or not listened to and she was so compassionate with my minor ailments that it prompted me to write you. I didn't need a survey to complete or any such thing, I just wanted to relay how I was treated and cared for at your urgent care facility on George Liles Parkway. I had never been there before today and started to go to another one that I had been to before even though I knew that the staff was quite impersonal, but I changed my mind at the last minute and went to FastMed and I am so glad that I did go today. Just in case you need to know if its working and how your staff is doing... Well they have it right. Btw... Another lady came in while I was there and she asked Vicki at the front desk, did they do stitching, I guess maybe she had some type of cut, but Vicki talked to her in a calm voice and assured her that everything would be okay. A small cut to some of us can be a scarey thing, but its helps when caring people are there.in closing, I just wanted to say that I, Sharon Banner was completed satisfied and provided great urgent service. Will tell others as well. Thank you-
Sharon Banne
