USPS USPS not delivering mail Are they stealing it?

I mailed 10 items through the same post office in Waverly Kansas. Four items were not insured, but all had tracking numbers paid for. The four items that were NOT insured are missing and all of them are tracked to the Topeka Kansas post office, then nothing.

I reported the issue at the Waverly Kansas post office but they tell me there is nothing I can do because they were not insured.

I looked online to see if there were other issues comparable to mine and there are. Items are missing when the packages are not insured. There is a problem with the postal service and I believe it is no longer a coincidence. This matter should be looked into more closely.

The items are all from ebay sales and ebay REFUNDED the buyer's their money even though I have proof that the items were delivered to the post office with a PAID tracking number.

Both ebay and the USPS say I am out the money. I paid fair and square for a tracking number and proved beyond a doubt that it was given to the USPS.

Tracking number: 9101150134711795007554 - this is just 1 of the tracking numbers I will provide for now and will provide the others if this actual has any action taken.
