I've bought several items from Groupon and I am extremely disappointed with most of them.
2 nanolites and a mini camcorder that don't even work. My leather handbag isn't actually leather and is peeling after 2 uses. My Swarovski necklace is made of plastic and my earring never even arrived (after 2 months).
The companies that Groupon are using are rubbish but Groupon seem happy to take the money.
I've just contacted Groupon but not feeling too hopeful considering what I've read from other people. I'm over £100 out of pocket and have given a number of embarassingly bad gifts that I can't afford to replace.
If I do not get a satisfactory reply from Groupon I will take this to their Ombudsman or even the small claims court.
