I purchased a groupon for 1-888-junk van for 250 lbs junk removal. It was expired due to my out of town for my urgent family issue. I returned vancouver and called them to remove the garbage and set of dinning table, a small computer table, fittness ball, cloth hangers, paper boxes, and chairs. I asked them to estimate how much will it cost for those junk removal. The white young man kept throwing my stuff to the truck and told me that there was a weight on the truck, and the another Indian was talking on the phone, so he did not know the weight till he finished his phone call. I asked him to remove only 250 lbs then stopped, but he kept moving. When the Indianended his phone, he told me that what the cost for removed junk to his truck costed $650 which deducted the groupon value, while the white guy kept throwing those I put outside for the city junk collection to the truck. I asked them to take those off the truck, the Indian said he would give me a BIG discount for $ 850, I asked them how they charged, why did they give me estimate before moving. He said thè junk is over 3200 lbs, no way! No proof of the weight and grab the money! Don't try the 1-888 junk van! Very bad experience on groupon..
