I ordered a free trial of My Daily Dose vitamins offered by Urban Nutrition. I contacted their customer service email several times to cancel my order before the trial was up so I would not be charged. (The vitamins did not even arrive until the day before the trial was up and I was not about to pay for autoship on a product that I hadn't even seen yet!)
A few days after I emailed them, I received a charge for $39.95 to my credit card. I still hadn't received a response regarding my cancellation, so I tried calling them to ask about this and to request a refund. As another complaint mentioned, they have NO actual people answering the phones - just an automated system that asks you to leave your phone number and they will call you back within one business day to speak about your customer service issue.
I have now called them at least 5 times over a period of weeks and have not received a response. This company is running a complete scam, and my next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
