I called to purchase a proactive product and was offered GRC Vitamins over the phone. I said "yes" to the free trail which entailed the free Vitamins for the first month and after every 3 months I would receive more Vitamins which would last for 3 months unless I cancel the order before they charge my credit card for the next shipment. I agreed to the details over the phone and receive my free trial a few weeks later. I then went to cancel the order for the Vitamins so I wouldn't keep getting charged and the lady on the phone said everything was canceled. The next month I see on my bank statement that I was charged for the "free trial" as well as another shipment of vitamins AFTER I already canceled. I call my bank and they tell me I need to contact the merchant. Now me, my bank, AND the merchant are on the phone and we canele it together. I was absolutely sure i canceled this time. But the next month, once again, I get another charge for the vitamins. I called the GRC company and they tell me I have never canceled! Overall i get charged for 5 orders when I only received 2!!!
