The Jackson Organization, an independent organization who collects data from patients as a measurement of satisfaction and the effectiveness of improvement measures, randomly selects patients who were recently discharged from North Arundel's Emergency Department to participate in a telephone survey.
The Emergency Department ranked at the 94th percentile nationally for overall satisfaction with emergency care and placed in the 82nd percentile nationally for overall cleanliness. These surveys are done quarterly and reflect that patients believe they are receiving quality patient care in North Arundel Hospital's Emergency Department.
