They are so unreliable with the service for consumers. Ex: a prescription was called in on the 17th paid for on the 23rd with a confirmation # provided and it was NEVER shipped, I called on the 28th and the amount went up over $100.00, and the needed prescription was put on hold. The information for the call with the rep on the 23rd was no where to be found. This is not the first issue with this company. How can they get away with this... They are playing with our life This is unacceptable and needs to be reported to the proper authority.
