SO FRUSTRATING review

We get our prescriptions through the mail through CVS Caremark. I switched to Caremark because the cost was so much cheaper. I have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning! It seems like every time something changes in our insurance policy they create a new account for me without telling me. So when I go to check the status of an order or refill a prescription, all of my information from my online account is gone. When I call to find out where all of my information is, they inform me that they created a new account but that it will take several days for the prescription info to transfer to the new account THAT THEY MADE WITHOUT TELLING ME!!! I now have three accounts with them, but they tell me that they can't delete the extra ones to avoid further confusion, but that they have to "drop off" over time. They make the stupid accounts randomly, why can't they delete them??? Last night, January 3rd I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get all my information switched to yet another account that they created for me. Of course 95% of that more-than-an-hours time, I was on hold. I was was so frustrated when I got off the phone that I was in tears. So today I have no idea if my prescriptions are being filled or if I'm still being jerked around because, no, none of my information has shown up on my shiny brand new account provided to me by CVS Caremark. (That I never would have known about if I wouldn't have called to find out where all my info was.) I'm so close to just paying the extra money and telling CVS Caremark to keep their new accounts to themselves.
