I ordered my magnetic mattress pad on June 30. It was to be delivered in six weeks. I called the company 4 times. Got a return call on Sept. 20 from Tammy saying she would rush my order, found out from Dominque on Nov. 8 that there was no rush on my order and that she would do it.
I told Dominque I would like to cancel my order and get my Visa credited for $890.88. Today they delivered the mattress and I refused it after 4 months. I feel they broke the contract by not notifing me of the delay and not answering my phone calls in a reasonable time.
