I placed an order on June 11, for a Kingsdown mattress to be delivered to Colorado. No problems so far. Two weeks later my salesperson called to say they could not ship to Colorado, would I like to reselect? We decided to look around locally. On July 11 I get my Visa bill and was charged $1100 on June 11. I called, was told the mattress I chose was no longer available, but yes, they did ship to CO. When I canceled the order, SERIOUSLY I was told it would take 2-3 days to cancel, and another 7 business days to get the credit. REALLY?
Also, check their "comfort" policy—it is very expensive if your mattress doesn't fit your comfort level—ONLY if you order their mattress pad at the time of mattress order do you get the opportunity to pay approx. $350 for the exchange, within 21 days.
I ordered from USMatress online, their comfort policy is 100 days and only $99.
I'm very displeased with my experience with Sleepy's—order at your own risk.
