Put an order a week ago. Got a contact next saying that some products were on backorder, but did not identify those. Subsequently got a contact stating that my purchase was canceled, and outlined the things which were canceled. I actually donot understand when they were all canceled, or if perhaps the backordered products were canceled. I'd a few freebies (presents with purchase) in my own order. Section of my purchase was a wedding present, therefore today I've to visit a real shop tomorrow and get the exact same products. I delivered a contact to customer support requesting several questions, and got an automatic response back, with a few canned solutions that "may" reply my questions. They didn't. And so I responded towards the mail. Their customer support may be the worst. I've no idea why my big purchase was ended, and also havenot gotten my concerns answered in two times.
