I purchased a fresh pc t / Office Skilled and certainly will not see HTML messages in Perspective 2010. I have invested an overall total of 12 hours of my period in 6 individual technology calls using their technology heart in Asia, but its somewhat apparent they're unfamiliar with the product. All I am attempting to do is see my Hotmail (Microsoft) HTML messages in Perspective 2010 (64-bit) but I - can just see them in text-only in the place of HTML. There's a particular environment to permit HTML however the environment doesn't function
I purchased the merchandise from Microsoft underneath the idea that I'd obtain qualified support, but I've been not able to get qualified support. Actually, the issue was brought on by the Microsoft technology person in India. The Perspective plan was employed in HTML but I'd a sync issue. Once they set the Sync problem, they produced an HTML problem.
Our situation # t / Microsoft remains uncertain after 6 efforts!
