Illed twice

I purchased Microsoft 2010 @ $79.95 on March 11. Not able to obtain. Tested my banking account. Two costs for same item. First cost was $99.90 dated Microsoft 2010 that I never requested. Billed $79.95 for Microsoft 2010 on March 11 not able to obtain.
