UOTreasures sold my account and never paid me for it

I had sold my Ultima Online account through UO Treasures.
They accept they sold my account for $150us, but to date have never paid me.
It has been 12 months and many e-mails to the company.
They say they will investigate, and admit it was sold by them, but say the person who worked there took the money and now they refuse to e-mail me back after many inqueries.
I dont know what to do to get my money back.
Just to let whom ever reads this know, they are crooks.
It has been 12months and it looks like I will never get my money back.
DO NOT buy/sell anything from/to UO Treasures.
