Caveat emptor — Consumer beware! The Revolution Saddle Series living room set looks great in the showroom. We bought two reclining sofas in August.in October, we noticed that the the "Revoluion leather" was flaking at the cushion seams, in the same exact spots on both sofas. Today the service representative came by to look at it. He will return next week to apply dye where the leather veneer has flaked off. I am about to call the credit card company to see if we have any refund rights, especially since I specifically asked the sales agent if this bonded leather has problems with wear. (She said no.) After that, I am going to go to the store and ask for a refund. I can see where this is leading. They will keep sending out the service representative to apply dye until the warranty expires in August; and then I own the problem. I recommend that people spend the extra money and buy top grain or full grain leather. Stay away from synthetic products with "leather" in the name. I can't even find out what Revolution leather is made of.
