First off: people looking into buying something from this company, don't! This isn't just a couple of people... This happens all the time!
I bought these trays as a Christmas gift (for the family)... And they are supposed to be the "top of the line" tv trays. They have the fancy marble top and nice wood. Well... I would've been better off if I didn't buy the most expensive trays there. The saying, "You get what you pay for it, " isn't necessarily true.
The first time we used them... We were opening the one up and the wood just snapped... Barely any pressure applied to it. Very weak choice for legs.
Then when we took it back to the store, they replaced it. Then 34 days after purchasing them (30 day in-store return/exchange) — the screw broke off on the brace at the bottom of the tray. Nobody even touched it! I understand about outsourcing your manufacturing... But come on already! If your going to charge all that money for this product, it better work!
VERY dissatisfied.
