We bought an ultra plush Serta and the mattress we have is the hardest bed we've ever slept on. This is definately not the one we bought and paid over $800 for. We contacted Sears 4 times in 3 days and every time we get transferred from one person to another and nobody can tell us what to do. All we want is the mattress we have paid for instead of the one we have received. We have bought many items from Sears before, never had a problem like this. Could anyone help us?
