Our lazy boy chair which we picked up will call had a busted foot rest mechanism and the plastic foot at the right rear of the chair was missing and a large chunk of wood broken off. I should have inspected the chair before accepting it at their large Salt Lake warehouse. When I got the box home and my neighbor helped me carry it up the stairs, noticed it had been taped with box tape, not looking factory sealed. However, RC Willey rectified the problem by bringing out a factory new chair with no problems. But I am still amazed that they would sell a chair like that in the first place. Who runs their warehouse? How did a busted up piece of crap get sold as new? Don't make the mistakes I did. Trust nobody. Check everything first.
