I bought some furniture for my living area. Told we would have it by Christmas. Then told part of shipment was damaged and they could deliver most by week b4 Christmas. Need full set so we re-scheduled delivery for after Christmas. Delivery shows on 12/26 and the driver and his helper refused to help me move the old furniture. How come when I buy a new bed, the driver and helper moved the old bed out and put the new bed in. Now I had to cancel the delivery since there was no place to put it. Now Ashley's wants to re-charge for 2nd delivery or we lose our deposit.
Per Ashley's, we signed an agreement to have the old furniture moved prior to delivery. This was never verbally mentioned during the sale and I did not read the full agreement. My Bad! Next time (but not Ashleys) I will sit there and read the @#@ agreement with a fine tooth comb and I don't care if the salesperson has to wait and hour or more until I have completed my review.
This is such a rip off company. I will never deal with this company again!
