Bad customer Service - LG Range Stainless Steel

Went to store on 14 Apr (Sat) and paid in full for range. Sales person wrote on our receipt - delivery 17 Apr (Tue) and told us that someone would call us on the morning of the delivery.By 16:10 hrs I still didn't get a call from BRICKS! I called them to find more n Agent - NEEJA said delivery can only be done on Thu, Fri or Sat in a non-chalant manner. She says system indicate that a call was made on Sun - 15 Apr and there is no schedule delivery today on the system too. I ask to speak sales person and he is not around today. So I asked to speak to a manager (PHIL) n was put on hold for 7 mins n she return to the call and relate that he went out for lunch at 16:17 hrs!?! NEEJA went on with her non chalant manner and mention her Fri, Sat and Sun delivery again (avoiding my questions of what happened to the delivery that should have occur today!) Relate to her that I've checked my house phone and cell Caller Display, but there are no missed call or message from BRICKS on Sun! She insisted that a call was made n I told her that I could get Telco to trace call and if that is what she wants from me! She started to tell me to listen up in a rude tone! Explain to her that I waited whole morning for the delivery and BRICKS need to rectify the missed delivery (which is no fault of mine)- Explain to her that I do not have range to cook for days now and does she wants me to survive on fast food for the next few days??? Neeja told me to listen up again saying she does changes on delivery date and that she is "illiterate"! Told her I felt cheated that delivery was not done on the day that BRICKS provided and Neeja says " I can only apologise, apologise and apologise.". Told her I need the range and rectification from BRICKS and not her apologies and she starts to raised her voice and accused me of yelling at her. Told her that I will do a return and she rebutted with a "Oh, that's fine" (with the whatever tone of voice). If BRICKS do not train their customer service, I'm sure they will runout of business to their competitors very, very, very soon. Especially if you get one like NEEJA!
