Worse customer service and worse delivery service

I purchased a recliner chair a week ago and they suppose to delivery this morning between 8am-10am but no one showed up. I called to delivery department and found out why they didn't show up but they told me the driver was there at 9am and I said I was there since 8 am this morning and I didn't see anyone was there. The representive said she will try to contact the driver and called me back but of course I didn't receive one phone call so I had to call the store and complain what happen to the delivery. This is the worse part, the reps at the store told me another version and she said the driver was so confuse of my address because of no unit number and I said " did he driver call?" she could' t answer my questions. Anyway I try to do a refund but they make me to go ack tomorrow beasuse they said they are not sure the item is delivery or not. The customer service is the worse NEVER. NEVER buy from them again
