I requested a Torso from Ashley furniture shop in Elmhurst, Queens Blvd, NY on Sep/5 & then we transformed our brain & terminated the Purchase on Sep/6.
I called back after seven days to check on the standing of the reimbursement and that I was informed from the shop repetition. That I Will get my reimbursement towards the CC in 15 times.
I called them again after 17 days in the termination day & they explained it's 15 Business Days & not Diary times.
I called them again after nearly per month from day of termination which period they inform me that for whatever reason, your state was posted on Sep/22 & she's no idea why there is so much wait in doing this. And stated that someone may have overlooked & all messed up. She continues to inform me that it's going to consider 15 business days in the day of state distribution & I ought to observe my reimbursement by March/12. Or even, contact us again.
Today, it is March/15 & no indicators of the Discounts however. I will followup again on Mon (March/17) for another shock.
I Have purchased Ashley furniture previously. But, they possibly possess the Many Absurd Customer Support.
