On March 21, we bought a Belmont double bed & box-spring collection from Bed Factory in Mechanicsville, Va. With guarantee of shipping to that particular shop by Friday, March 25. We obtained a phone in the salesman on March 24 stating there is an issue and shipping could be postponed before following week.

I called the shop on March 28 and was informed the supervisor might return with me. On March 30, I named the shop and spoke towards the supervisor, Ed Katz, and was informed the salesman was no further together and he'd need to do some checking concerning the purchase. Within the next fourteen days Mr. Katz guaranteed me he was looking to get the merchandise we'd requested. On April 11, I had been educated the item was in the Broad Street Shop in Richmond, and we're able to choose it-up there. At this time, I terminated the purchase and required a reimbursement on my charge card. It is today May fifth and that I have nevertheless not acquired the reimbursement.
